Terms of Service

By accessing powerpumps.co.za or submitting any enquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Atomisation Professional Services (Pty) Ltd ("Power Pumps") provides pump distribution, specification consulting and service centre capabilities. All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to exchange rate fluctuations on imported goods.

Risk in goods passes to the buyer on delivery. Delivery dates are estimates and Power Pumps shall not be liable for delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which is passed through to the buyer. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period. Warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse, or operation outside specified parameters.

Power Pumps' liability for any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods or services in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss.

All content on this website (text, design, images, code) is owned by Atomisation Professional Services (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce or republish any content without prior written permission.

You may not use this website to transmit unlawful, harmful or abusive content. We reserve the right to suspend access to any user who violates these terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
